All notes are timestamped, digitally signed and then securely stored on our Microsoft Azure server – trusted by large enterprises and governments. The note is then securely added to our private blockchain to ensure that notes can’t be changed or altered without an audit trail. This is important in legal proceedings when using your contemporaneous notes on the witness stand because failing to disclose changes to your notes could result in witness impeachment.

Of course, this evidence, just like your notes, is digitally timestamped and signed, ensuring you can show digital evidence continuity & chain-of-custody.

The request is sent via SMS or Email and without installing any software, the witness can forensically upload the requested files.

This saves valuable resources and time while ensuring critical evidence is obtained from reluctant witnesses who would never give up possession of their phone to an investigator.
